Lori’s messages to Chad while he was at home ready to kill Tammy are for me, the most telling testimony straight from Lori. She’s in hopeless lust, fuelled with jealousy and very clearly.. all by herself wants everyone including the kids out the way like yesterday !
Are you really telling me the State is asking for the indictment to be changed admitting they have used the wrong statute? Really? This is unbelievably incompetent and risks the defence filing for a mid trial. They have had more than 2 years to prepare for this and on the 21st day of trial as the Prosecution is about to rest and jury instructions are being gone through this fiasco is presented. Really poor and r3miss. I would be ashamed were I on that team as they could be jeopardising everything they have worked for and let this heinous woman get off on a technicality. Durr!,
Ok i am pretty sure i just heard the judge say that he has discretion, when looking at the evidence during a trial, to amend or add to jury instructions regardless of what the charging documents say. Is this true????I just double checked it is when they discuss jury instruction #33
Do the defense lawyers think they can convince the world to think like them? They cant honestly think this case will not be not guilty or dismissed or retried.. ill just assume theyre "doing their job?" If this is their best work they need to retire..Theyre not close to convincing anyone of anything..Ive never seen such sloppy lawyers and work
It was so nice to hear Archibald say the word "liar" albeit just in the rewording relating to Lori. To have Lori and Letricia convicted in the same week would be amazing.
I can't imagine what these jurors are going through I have been on jurys one murder case it was very serious to know that your decision was going to either put somebody away for life it made me look at myself and the power I was given at that time this jury is hearing things that I already knew I can't imagine hearing this for the first time and then having to continue to listen for the last five weeks it's a lot to take because I have seen this case through from the very beginning when Charles was killed so I will be praying for the jury as well I'm sure they'll be very sought-after when this case is over yes the prosecution has done an amazing they had some hiccups but they have done an amazing the order in which they called witnesses and the witnesses that they called now it's a waiting game and time for healing for those victims that lost their love ones I have never gotten so many chills watching a trial the victims don't know me but I know them and I keep them in my prayers and will continue to do so
What a waste of court time…..why not do the closing and get this fiend convicted!! Every day is costing the state money …..which is coming from law abiding citizens taxes!!
Can't imagine the next trial…. Chad's….they will be squawking all the way… that's probably why the judge is okay if they take a year to have to come back.
I am ready to hear the verdict. Lori will be sent to prison for life. I don’t know when they will transport her to Az for the death of her husband, Charles. I pray it’s the death penalty for her.
I have been on several juries. What we would do first is take an initial vote on guilty or not guilty or undecided. For this jury, that vote should take 10 minutes, then the foreman can start filling out the paperwork. Quicker verdict than the Murdaugh trial. Guilty. Guilty as sin on all counts.
I don’t think I have ever listened to an attorney with no emotion or inflection when he speaks as the defense attorney here. Wondering if his normal or is he just bored to death?
My heart goes out to the jury. They have a lot to go through. Not to mention, they probably feel like their shoulders can not bare much more. They have a very tough job. Prays going out to them.
Man i would have loved if her old lawyer would have stayed. Hilarious… would have been alot better of a lawyer.. who knew that her court appointed lawyer would have been better. First of alot of things
I’m getting a bit worried about this trial. Seems like Lori and her lawyers are not worried about her being found guilty. (do they know something we don’t) Way to much going on behind closed doors.
This is a rough listen since we dont have a copy of the jury instructions lol but none the less god speed with the jury. I hope the six not picked know how valuable they are to this process. May justice prevail.

I read on Easy Idaho News that the grand jury gave the correct indictment charge but it was incorrectly transfered to the indictment
She should be sentenced to life without parole. No one is safe around her.

The lady for the prosecution is amazing, very clear and so knowledgable, she deserves a long holiday with plenty of cocktails after this trial
