All you have to do is treat it like you would alcohol.. If you can't drink alcohol in certain places then you can't smoke at these places as well.. End of story 😊😊
If Minnesota would copy what some European countries do – private businesses where you can smoke(coffeeshops) – it would create a new industry for the entire country. Be different Minnesota.

I was a smoker for 50 years,and quit,I understand this for anyone that smokes,there right,curbing it,only creates legal issues for the city,what I see is what do you do about people who have campfires or the smoke from forest fires? how do you regulate that? Over regulation isn't a good thing,do careful what you wish for,those in office can be replaced.
All these places trying to restrict cannabis from becoming normal will ultimately become disregarded. It's as simple as just use common sense. Don't go to a playground around kids and light up a fat blunt.
My two cents. The comparison between alcohol and cannabis really needs to end soon. They are way different.
