  1. Be careful people! A study was published how THC lowered chimps testes and testosterone levels. I have been using THC as a sleep aid for years but now am discontinuing.

  2. I haven't slept well in about 2 years. Instead of getting on another prescription I finally tried a dry herb vape. I have finally slept! 8 hours each night!!! So crazy how well it works.

  3. I was under the impression that THC helps you fall asleep but will not improve the quality. You need other compounds to have a complete relaxation/sedative effect. Like full spectrum! The entourage effect works wonders

  4. I’m a nurse in Ontario and have sleep problems. Don’t respond well to pharmaceuticals. I have tried the edibles and don’t respond well to that. Is there a better alternative for me Id rather not smoke it and cbd does nothing for me (edible form)

  5. If you build up a tolerance to cannabis, may I suggest you try minor doses of magic mushrooms/ cubensis for a few days, using < ¹/¹⁰gram dried per dose, especially just before bedtime? Don't go much above this dose or it will keep you awake for a while. Good luck!

  6. You're doing absolutely amazing work right here, Dr. Hart! To clear all of the tremendously confusing fog for people, me included, wonderful! Finally being able to sleep relatively on time has given me so much more energy and positivity during the day.

  7. Its crazy ive had problems my whole life and now chronic pain, but high dose edibles (up to 500mg) ALWAYS grant me 8-10 hours of sleep even when my tolerance is whack! THC makes sleep effortless, CBD enhances the effect and quality of sleep. Inhaled cannabis wears off far too fast for me to stay asleep all night. I have zero problems with grogginess even when ive gotten to work at 6am and realized id taken FAR too much!

  8. I only smoke before bed, I struggle with insomnia, so pack a few bowls so I can fall asleep, only problem is smoking is giving me anxiety and paranoia, what do you recommend?

  9. I'm on a steroid for brain swelling due cancer tumor. I live in a legal state and still can't find any that works. Or in the past if did I was to high to remember lol but honestly what would your answer be for me.

  10. Drink water prior to sleep so you dont wake up groggy. Dehydration is a problem when you wake up after hitting that bong rip or dab rig the night before.
