My recipe for Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding 1 1/2 C milk * 1/4 C maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 C chia seeds
Put ingredients into a bowl. Add the Oatmilk then whisk and let sit 10 minutes then whisk again. I then refrigerate overnight and stir again and serve.
* using Joi Oatmilk powder 1/4 – 1/2 C powder 1 1/2 C water Taste it to check consistency before adding to dry ingredients
