Dominique please do a video with other women & yourself sharing their experience with Menopausal insomnia, anxiety, weight gain & how they've 'overcome ' their symptoms. Especially, for those who choose to do it with natural options or tried 'everything ' + what has worked .
This podcast has changed my life. I listened to it three times before pursuing HRT. 3 days into my new regimen and what a game changer! Thank you ladies! ❤
Hi, love all the information. I am 60 years old and. Have been having hot flashes for the last 10 years. Finally went to see a doctor they put me in on a low anti depressant. For hot flashes, it is working somewhat but I would really like more information of what can help me. With hot flashes, mood swings depressed. Fatigued and everything else that comes with menopause.
Omg- game changer! So much valuable information. Thank you Dominique for shining a spotlight on menopause and peri-menopause. What a great and knowledgeable speaker. I’m only halfway though the video and have taken away so much. Thank you! ❤
I saw someone comment below about addressing pelvic floor issues – I would love for you to have a pelvic floor physical therapist, and a Uro-gynecologist who can help women with prolapses! There's help out there – it's not normal to urinate on yourself and just resort to wearing pads!
i am 73 , using the patch after using the pill for many years with combination of progesterone pills. my question: lately i feel that i retain a lot of water because of the patch, is it possible?
Thanks so much for providing education on this topic. I'm post menopausal and feel I have so much to learn about how to live the next 30 years in a healthy way. I'd love to see you interview Dr. Christiane Northrup, a pioneer in this field. P.S. I love the curly hair!
This is so off topic I'm sure. Planning a trip to Italy. Florence specifically… what's your favorite area to shop there and what restaurants for yummy Italian. I remember you going to a leather school or something like that… where was that? Looked so cool! Can't wait to hear back. You always have the best recommendations
Is there any studies or anything that will give us hope that insurance companies will begin to pay for HRT? They pay for Viagra for men why not help the women too. HRT (pellets) are around $350. They are proven to help women so why won’t they pay?
How do you get that much protein a day? What do you eat to get enough? I struggle to get enough and what supplement is best for Fiber, cause I don’t get enough although I have had no problems in this area.
Can you give the percentage again for carbs, protein, fat? I want to lose for myself. I am not overweight according to my doctor but I want to lose belly and back fat which is hard on my back due to scoliosis.

Can women on HBP meds do HRT?
I am not alone 😂
Did a PubMed search for perimenopause…6,039 😯😡🤬
Excellent podcast. Would Mary Claire think it's too late for a 64 yr old to have some form of hormone therapy. Istruggle with sleep, anxiety etc

Love the podcast. Although quest bar followed by a dinner with beans= don't plan on leaving the house after that.
That was great! Wrote down lots of things mentioned so I'm better prepared for when I see my gynecologist.
