I can't believe the endless expensive loop of visiting a GP doctor nowadays. Please tell me if it's like this where you live:
Essentially they NEVER help you on the first visit, they only tell you to "come back if it's still there" and give you a blood test. They act like a blood test is some kind of miracle catchall and hope you disappear because your bloods were "in a normal range".
When you come back again they then try to problem solve ONE thing that it could be and say "if it isn't that, come back again and we'll see what we can do".
You sit there, knowing your own body and knowing it isn't what they're suggesting and that you'll either give up, or be in that damn seat again in 1 month for a referral to a specialist who will THEN investigate… On your second consult ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ

Hello Doc. I had taken Vit C supplements tab , one tab (1000 mg) in a day, according to dermatologist , as i had skin issue , dark spots on face etc. But i got kidney stone after that. So how can i fulfill my vit c requirement on daily bases? 1000mg tab had a good affect on my face i was getting rid of spots on my face.

Take ONLY R-ALA. According to Dr. Monteiro's video, only THAT form works. Look at the ingredient label to avoid products containing S-ALA.

How long you need to take Alpha-Lipoic Acid for post herpetic Neuralgia? Or itโs a life long maintenance supplement?
