EVERYONE who wants to use marijuana just has to go to a Doctor and get a note and take that to the state. The only thing that is doing is making money for the state to get the card and the prescribing doctor. Legalizing the recreational use of marijuana is just taking the state and Dr. out of the equation. The same people who use now will be using it then. It's not like it difficult to get a medical marijuana card… its available for almost ANY medical reason and all a person has to do is say they are depressed or have a problem with anxiety.
My vote would be to legalize it for recreational use because the government has no reason to looking over your shoulder micro managing your life.
