This is the tricky part: the people of the state of Florida voted to allow medical Marijuana to be sold legally through a licensed doctor, and with a prescription — can the state then 'renegotiate the terms' arbitrarily without any rules for altering the original voter-passed bill? An ounce a month can change to an ounce a year, etc? Where does the medical field contribute to this discussion?
