arizona & nevada actually have the WORST models to follow-they deliberately foster monopolies. as for govt revenue- phooey on that! the greed factor needs to be ramped way down re this "industry". people grow it as ezily as peppers & tomatoes, the law needs to stay off peoples grass, we can grow our own thank u very much, dont want ur chemicalized product or ur tax burdens
Seems they should look towards the Arizona model of management and restrict them from areas with schools and most cities should be happy with that..a universal zoning law. Congratulations on giving the state a great source of revenue! Lets hope that the prices are reasonable and they've enough stock to maintain the demand for the next year.
