"Do not prune during flowering phase"….well hell, there's a whole bunch of other channels that say the opposite. They say strip the bottom two thirds at flowering onset, and strip out remaining fan leaves toward the end… which is it? I'd much rather not mess with it at all, but everyone was saying that stripping and trimming was vital for maximum bud growth….
Iâve been pruning during flower , mainly fan leaves to slow air and sun to get in . Is this a problem? They buds donât seem to growing . Did I fuck up đą
Can you explain more about the pruning in flower. Iâve always been under the impression and from experience that pruning in early weeks of flower are ok(strain/pheno dependent) Usually take lower branches around days 14-21 to help with air circulation and to create larger colas and no larfy buds under canopy. I will take most of shade leaves also. And then again around day 35-42 I will remove some more fan leaves that blocks bud sites etc. Iâve tried both ways over the 30+ years of growing indoors and havenât seen many negative affects to my plants by doing this. I realise it stresses the plant out though I think it helps control stretch if you do it around day 14. All my opinion of course. Love your video and information
My first week of flowering I started noticing white powdery leaves , so, I trimmed thankfully it was limited to very bottom of a huge outdoor plant . Then neem oil, I hope my trimming didnât ruin anything. Please advise
You have great information in your videos đđ can you make one on the topic of how to manage an accidental re-veg there is such little info on the topic đŻ I transitioned my plants from indoors to outdoors a bit too early and they have been going through it đ now they look crazy and I'm not sure if I should be removing the old buds or calyxes etc to make room for new buds to form or what?

I'm confused, many, many videos state that you can trim and prune during mid flowering ???????
outdoor plants start flowering at 14 hours of daylight, not 12
I would not have gotten through my first grow without your videos. Thank you so much.
this is a very neat channel man !!! good stuff

According to the powers that be , the environment is screwed anyways . Grow your cannabis to smoke while you watchnthe world burn
I get irritated by peoples voices rather easily when it comes to tutorials and YouTube videos.
Your voice is not bothersome at all, and I appreciates that about you
Also these videos are extremely insightful and throw and filling in a lot of the gaps I had in understanding some of the later stages of growth.
Much obliged.
But what if you have whitefly infestation on a few branches?
Im at 13 hours light per day and already about 3 weeks in to flower. These are clones. The top of the mother plant.
This video is a gold, thank you very much Proffesor!
Awsome stuff man. Short and right to the point. Thanks for the knowledge.

Love the channel!
On the point of over applying phosphorus: other videos have stated that grow lights suck out phosphorous and giving the need for the extra addition
I've heard that during the flowering phase, the size of your veg plant will double or even triple. Is this the case?
Very informative.
