SIOUX CENTER—A 24-year-old Sioux Center man was cited about 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
The citing of Michael Wayne Van Essen stemmed from him admitting to smoking marijuana from a pipe following a report of him doing so, according to the Sioux Center Police Department.
