  2. I tried it and right off the gate my heart kicked up to 160-170+. Just 5-10 mins out of the gate. It took 3 hours for my heart to slow down!! It was terrible and my mind and thoughts were racing uncontrollably.šŸ˜³šŸ˜³šŸ˜³šŸ˜³

  3. That was a flawed research.
    Except: Smoking anything, sigarettes or weed or anything else certainly damages the body seriously and increases the chance of heart problems greatly.
    Don't smoke!
    Even though smoking is very pleasurable, once you are used to it, and very hard to quit, it is really dangerous. That is why I quit smoking 16 years ago.
    I don't enjoy vaping or eating weed, so I switched to eating magic mushrooms every now and then. That is way, better! It doesn't make me tired or stupid. But I would advice strongly to start with very small amounts to really get used to the experience, to avoid panick attacks or stupid behaviour under the influence that may harm yourself or others, since the effect on the mind and perceptions is stronger, but much better as far as I'm concerned.
    They also may very well help a lot against depression, and fix other mental issues, including addiction, weed not so much.
    But use with caution, because the effect on the mind is strong.
    Positive, but strong.
    And magic mushrooms may not be good to use if you take anti depression meds like ssri's (prozac etc.) And NEVER take m mushrooms or any plant hallucinogen or plant anti depressant like St Johnsworth when you take MAO's (certain anti depression drugs) since that might cause serotonine poisoning (overdose).
    Plant hallucinogens do strongly effect the serotonine receptors in the brain.
    So consult your doctor if you are not shure.
    There is a lot of info about magic mushrooms on youtube.
    Best is to grow them yourself, so you won't pick any poisonous ones in the wild by mistake.

  4. Sorry guys, I have to agree there are some adverse effects with marijuana, based on my experiences (everyone is different)

    I have been smoking marijuana and consuming marijuana (edibles and oil based) , on and off for the past 6 months. I have noticed I have had more random heart palpitations (irregular heartbeats) since I started. Sometimes I get a random throbbing pain in my head from the edibles/tincture form of weed.

    I usually smoke before the gym because marijuana gives me so much energy and makes me feel great during my workout, I feel my muscles as I work them. But sometimes if I smoke or consume too much, (itā€™s hard to know your limit) I have on occasion had panic attacks where I couldnā€™t bring my heart rate down so I had to go running or to the gym to trick my body and nervous system into thinking I was working out. If youā€™re reading this, please listen, if you ever feel you have an uncontrollable elevated heart rate you need to go for a run go to the gym, be around people so you calm yourself down you need to control your breathing, breath deeply. You can also lay on the ground and cough on the left side and right side, laying on the ground on face front on your bed will allow to do a deep cough, and get in more oxygen.

    You also need to drink a lot of water, Marijuana is similar to caffeine in that it makes you lose water, water helps oxygen get around the body so your heart wouldnā€™t have to beat as hard, therefore bringing your heart rate down.

    I usually smoke using a heir waterpipe, so I donā€™t inhale the carbon monoxide.

    If you also smoke before the gym, I have noticed that caffeine pills (Iā€™d recommend Elite Caffine and L-Theanine) also get me energised before the gym, so I would recommend that instead of smoking.

  5. I think that the problem is that everyone and their mother thinks they can grow dope.
    The problem is no one understands how to feed their plants and most of the time they are full of nutrients. Not to mention all these fool proof formulas for feeding. Advanced nutrients ph perfect formulas are shit.
    One has to learn how much to feed and make sure no heavy metals are left in the plant. It is very hard to assure all the metals are leached out when growing in dirt.
    Hydroponics is a far superior way of growing. Feed the plant what it needs and when it needs it. Try not to let the plant store the nutrients, whatever is stored and not used with in the plant will never be flushed out as it is already stored within the plant.

  6. Epidemiological data is needed. Smoking cannabis would seem to predispose to pneumonia, lung cancer, and COPD, but multiple studies have shows that it does not. If you have underlying heart disease, sure, don't ingest a substance that alters your heart rhythm. If your heart is healthy, the situation is different. If you smoke daily, don't. Moderation is important.

This kind of funny because marijuana is healthier than cigarettes marijuana is a medicine itā€™s for pain I know people that have cancer that have medical marijuana and it helps him so much I canā€™t sleep at night without it and that is also relax me I have a DHDN Iā€™m healthy as a horse people ask I think that these doctors might be against marijuana I say letā€™s have the next president try it out see how they like it and then theyā€™ll open their eyes
