  1. 61 yo male and have lost 63 lbs (was 292 now 229) on Whole Foods clean ketovore. Iā€™ve reversed my T2 diabetes, high blood pressure, IBS, sleep apnea and acid reflux, chronic arthritis in my knees, andā€¦ depression and anxiety are in complete remission, nearly off all meds.

I used to have major fatigue and now have incredible unstoppable energy like crazy and I feel like Iā€™m in my 20ā€™s again.

Iā€™m thinking of going full carnivore in the near futureā€¦ thanks so much for all you do Bella and SBG Team!!!šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜Š

  2. I have to ask is this a realistic diet for a 70 year old female? I have always been very active thought I was eating well growing my own vegetables retired this year from 40 years as a Landscape gardener never been on any drugs of any kind BUT have recently developed an issue with my knee out of no where and want to continue being healthy and enjoying my children and grandchildren ā€¦ yes I could easily be happy to loose 30 lbs ā€¦ what are your thoughts ?

  4. Im almost 60. 4 1/2 months ago I went to the ER in severe pain. Found my digestive system was inflammed and diagnosed with IBS. Of course medications were being pushed onto me.. I decided to heal my gut on my own. Drank bone broth for a week along with taking slippery elm and drinking peppermint/ginger tea. During research I found Dr. Ken Berry. Been carnivore for over 4 months. I'm doing well. Lost 15 lbs really fast, no stomach pain, bathroom habits are so much better and I'm no longer insulin resistant. I have to admit that my brain is still wanting the sweet things and still suffer from muscle pain and a lot of anxiety. I'm struggling but, I'm afraid to go back to an unhealthy way of eating.

  5. Has anyone on your SBG Meat Up panel/coaches ever had any type of weight-loss surgery? Specifically a gastric-sleeve? I had mine November 2016. I went carnivore about 8 months after the surgery. I absolutely cannot do OMAD and honestly doing 2 meals a day is sometimes too restrictive, since I will get lethargic. I am also 55 and had a total hysterectomy (not even a cervix) due to severe endometrosis nearly 25 years ago. Wish there was someone on YouTube more like myself in the carnivore relm. šŸ™

  6. You women are insane. You always have to go to the extreme with every diet ā‰ļø
I'm old, was impossible to lose weight. But with carnivore, I keep it down and never feel starved. I never go for that high fat thing. Just moderation.

  7. I have dealt with 2 heart attacks with this diet. Be careful people. Cholesterol went very high, blood pressure which was fine prior also increased. Not worth the weight loss. Very dangerous and not worth it.

  8. Complex carbs are not a problem. Also, the more carnivorous you go, the more carb-sensitive you become. The loss in versatility is not a good thing when trying to reintroduce complex carbs. Meat has more bioavailable nutrients, but it doesn't have the other variables that plants contain that improve health. This is why meat's nutrients are easier to absorb but also cause more oxidative damage from reactive oxygen species.

If you eat a fruit, within 1.5 to three hoursā€™ time, it will be fully digested. If you eat cooked vegetables, it will take twelve to fifteen hours to digest them. If you eat cooked cereals and other foods, it will take twenty-four to thirty hours. If you eat cooked meat, it will take forty-eight to fifty-two hours. If you eat raw meat, it will take seventy-two hours to digest it. When food remains in the system for such long periods of time, it will rot and cause unnecessary levels of bacteria. With such food choices, you are causing damage to the system. And then you believe you need medicines rather than living healthy. You need pharmaceutical products because you are generating poison within yourself.

  9. Im still trying to ttansition and soon as i have just abit of fruit, it seems to trigger a huge sugar binge then i feel guilty after loads of fruit pies and chocilate buscuits etc. My weight is ok but im still struggling with addictions.

  10. All big and small animals have feelings and want loves. They too feel pain and sadness just like us selfish human. Do you NOT Know animals scream and cry with tears when they are being brutally, bloodily Slurgthered ?!! MEAT is also very TOXIC to human's blood. START LOVING INNOCENT LIVES and STOP KILLING. Many many cancer, HBP, Diebeties patients got CURED in smart eating Macro vegans diets. Animals ā¤ā¤ā¤

  11. What about alcohol, does anyone drink while on prime? Iā€™m wondering when to start carnivore. As my birthday is coming and I would like to drink a little and I really donā€™t want to gain weight for my birthday lol. Any suggestions. Love that I found you!!!

  12. I am a keto to carnivore transitioner but had to do it gradually. Hardcore cold turkey from lifelong junk food was not realistic and i knew i would fail. I first cut out sugar. Once i got over that i stopped chips, crackers, breads, French fries, pasta and all other carbs. I then fasted for 3 days and was ready for keto. I did great on keto until i started adding in ā€œketoā€ desserts and snacks and too much vegetables. I gained all the weight back and then had horrible insulin resistance. After blood tests, to identify all the issues, my doctor set me on the right path and suggested carnivore. Carnivore is the only thing that actually works but i am glad i went keto first as it helped me to cut out most bad foods, carbs and sugars.

  13. I am a retired physician assistant, and I am a carnivore diet person. I have also been plagued with 5 autoimmune diseases for 20 years causing my retirement. My pharmacy bill a month was atrocious with 1 drug for 30 days was $1,800 from Canada, but would of been $5,000/30 day supply in the USA my cost. And another $800 on top of that. I had a full body rash and facial rash that I could not hide. I was supposed to have a shoulder surgery and severe joint pain especially at night. I was at my wits end. I came across a gentlemanā€™s video about severe eczema and was on a carnivore diet that was curing the rash that even steroids couldnā€™t. This was very similar to myself and chose to try this diet. I didnā€™t have anything to loose. Within days my rash was resolving and my shoulder was improving. I did stop sugar cold turkey with withdrawal for about 2 weeks. It was absolutely terrible. I have been carnivore for 11 months and I have lost 30 pounds as a surprise to me, but my rash has resolved, my joint pain has almost resolved and my pharmacy bill has been reduced to $100/month. Sugar does increase joint pain when I test it. And any fruit/veggie ingestion I do get a facial rash with severe itching. I just eat 1 time a day always in a 24 hour pattern. Occasionally I will eat twice a day but I donā€™t feel good doing that. I havenā€™t had experience with fasting beyond that. If I do not eat enough, which happens frequently, I will gain weight. I have to eat at least 12-16 Oz of steak/hamburger a day and about 2-4 eggs if the steak /hamburger is not enough. If I Under eat my hair falls out. If I eat at least 1 pound of meat/eggs per day my hair thickens. I do not think that I will be 100% in remission but I am at 80% at the moment and hopefully with time my body will continue to heal. I will never return to any other way of eating. Itā€™s been life changing/saving for me. Oh and I am now able to sleep at night that I didnā€™t ever did before.ā¤ā¤ā¤
