  1. They should just stop sending police to do these "welfare checks." They go into it with the wrong mindset. It's supposed to be a consensual encounter, but they treat it like a detainment.

  2. This is a problem the education when people become a member of the badge they're supposed to be taught about the the truth of the Constitution the only thing they are taught now is how to defend themselves which is fine because my father head blown off drug dealer and he retired from the because he had three children to look after why are they not constitutional to the sheriff office that my problem because they don't care

  3. My father the sheriff county police officer and he taught me about the the Constitution in the laws that is in it why are these officers educated that's a big problem because the officers when my father what is a sheriff back in the day was called to uphold the the Constitution

  4. "He goes to the big boy jail." After the only thing he did was talk back, which the cop instantly had to put him back into the car because his ego was bruised. The first cop literally was aggressive to start. He, in no way, belongs on the force. Didn't try to deescalate, after he was the only one escalating

  5. Cops can basically use the exucse of smelling the odor of MJ at any traffic stop, even though it might not be true, just to unlawfully search a vehicle. Thats one f'd up law

  6. If a citizen breaks the law, they pay a fine and spend time in jail. If the government breaks a law, you have to take them to court, they pay a fine (from your tax dollars), then nothing happens. Rinse and repeat.

  7. Someone was recently in an accident in Tennessee, they were at a complete stop and got rammed by a tow truck and almost lost their life. The Tennessee Highway Patrol had the audacity to charge the person that got hit with "lack of exercising due care." Someone *at a complete stop behind another vehicle, who was at a stop sign. And the tow truck driver? Nothing mentioned at all.

Another person was questioned at a house party in Knoxville after calls of a noise complaint, and told an officer that he was sober when questioned. The officer took him towards the car and beat him unconscious in retaliation because of that. I'm also sure most people are aware about the lady who was dragged out of the Fort Sanders hospital and died of a heart attack because of the hospital admins.

A relative of mine was pulled over by a police officer in Northeast Tennessee because of a marker light that was out. He was instantly charged with a $160 ticket. A day later his white wife was pulled over for the same offense, but was only given a warning for the infraction.

I grew up with heavy racial discrimination since I was a child, and still encounter it on a daily basis when trying to get employment or entering romantic relationships. I only have two "real' friends is Tennessee, who are essentially people I occasionally talk to every 5 years. Everyone I have a social connection with comes from a different state or country.

No amount of moonshine, y'alls, curvy country girls and Dolly Parton strumming on a guitar will EVER fix these problems. Stop being power-tripping "we do what we want, sucks to be you!", and stop being racist and exclusive to people because they don't talk, act or eat the same food you do.

EDIT: East Ridge is near Chattanooga. You'll get ticketed $50 for beeping your horn due to a "noise ordinance."

  8. When I am looking at property I look at the cities hiring policies. If there are any diversity incentives I immediately stop considering.

I don’t want to live in city whose poor policies put their citizens in danger and open their taxpayer coffers to litigation.
