1. Obviously, companies are desperately trying to get the CORRUPT legislature designated limit of the number of facilities! Why limit the number of facilities, and competitive pricing, as long as every licensee meets up the security requirements. Why, I’ll tell you why for a few corrupt companies can charge obscene prices and be able to kick back to the legislature, either in the current unethical form of campaign donations or in the old fashioned way, kickbacks!!! Is there one non government employee who disagrees with my reasoning.
