Wow a lot of heavier topics in this video. Just want to say, the hours you worked in the past job would be illegal in my state, at least not without mad overtime every day or explicitly working a different schedule, like 4 days a week for 10 hours
Hi Tilly! I found you through Chilled's Among Us lobbies and I loved your vibe instantly ❤ I know you were talking about when you dont feel amazing you feel like trash. I just wanted to let you know, I have loved and enjoyed every thing ive ever seen you in/ any of your videos. I'm mostly a YT person so I don’t always get to see all your content, but when I do throw up twitch or if you put up a video, I'm always here! And if you ever wanted to make a VOD channel and just throw up your streams, i would be here for that too ❤ I love when you are being silly, or calm or yelling. 47:50 It's sad there are no US laws for this, but in Canada an employer can only tell you to work up to 48 hours per week or 8 hours per day. You are allowed to volunteer your time for overtime pay rate for anything beyond that but the employer can't force you. There's also Right to Disconnect laws which mean you don't have to answer any work related calls or emails outside of work hours.
