Employers have always had people that use marijuana. Thinking decriminalizing will increase that is naive, alcohol is legal and there are still people like me who don’t drink. Employers should go to the test Canada is using, a mouth swab to see if they’ve used in the past few hours. That was tough, fresh out of bed and I solved their dilemma.
I think people can figure it out without government
