Altus New Jersey has been granted a permit by the state’s Cannabis Regulatory Commission to open the dispensary at The Shoppes at Flemington off the circle.

Goldrath, who moved from the finance industry to the legalized cannabis industry in 2016, said the the dispensary, which he called a “pharmacy,” will employ about 20 to 30 people.
Goldrath said the businesses wants to “become a standout corporate citizen” and be active in local business organizations like the Flemington Community Partnership and the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce. He also said employees will receive paid time off for volunteering.
