  1. My five months old baby girl just got diagnosed with eczema recently. Will this oil work on her skin too?.We are trying to find a natural long term cure for her condition as its stressing us out

  2. Dr. Berg, thank you soo much for your informative videos. But I would like to ask, can I do this to my 5 yr. Old grandson? Poor baby has it underneath his right eye lid. Pediatrician prescribed hydrocortisone for skin and erythromycin for under his eye. But it’s getting worse, he also takes everyday allergy meds during day and Benadryl during evenings. I think that’s absurd, I follow your advises for myself and buy your recommendations and I’m doing fine. I would like to do the same for my baby. Thanks🙏♥️🙏

  3. Doc, I don't have eczema neither my hubby. Our skin super soft and healthy. But, my 2 daughter suffered from eczema. My parent and grandparents have no eczema or skin condition problems. So, where is it from?

  4. I got a blood transfusion.
And now have full blown eczema on my legs I hope this helps I've tried everything else.

    Castor oil.
    Tropical creams
Doctor gave me steroids for one week.
    But it's been over a year now😢😢

  5. There is no cure for anything. Were meant to only have help from pills and creams. If they ever do find a cure for anything if they already haven’t, they keep it for themselves. The rich, bankers and government etc

  6. Short term atopic skin condition s are not eczema. Eczema is a genetic mutation auto immune disease. There is no cure only management. Because it’s multi gene mutation eve gene therapy is too complex.

  7. Barbara O’Neill check out her YouTube on curing eczema. You don’t have to buy anything. And she tells you what to abstain from eating like processed sugar, dairy and hybridized wheat, peanut butter, and oats and it clears up in two months; for the itch you put ice on it for seven seconds and take it off for seven seconds and put it on for seven seconds and take it off for seven seconds until it’s numb.

  8. Thank you, Dr Berg! I have recently been afflicted with eczema and it's been excruciating. Losing sleep due to the itching. That, on top of everything else that comes with being 58, has been grueling. I've ordered some black currant oil caps and am looking forward to healing. You're awesome as always! Keep going!

  9. If you are going to recommend BlackCurrant Seed oil, they you need to encourage it being grown in the USA. Blackcurrants are amazing for all sort of reasons. Blueberries are a very poor relation in comparison.

  10. I've been struggling with this for my whole life and it's finally found its way onto my face where now i dont feel like waiting it out and dealing with the aftermath thank you so much im buying some now =D you are amazing Dr Berg I am and forever will be a huge fan. I watched all your videos on intermitted fasting and applyed them to my life and saw huge improvement also!! Thanks for giving us all this information that seems impossible to find else where

  11. I have eczema only on my hands. I kept on a diet, did fasting, but it is still there. Only a couple of weeks ago, I found out that the quality of water in my neighborhood may cause eczema, to be precise, an enormous amount of iron in it 😑 I bought filters. Now I see that the situation with my hands is getting better. The quality of water that we use matters.

  12. Thanks Dr for sharing. I have suffered from eczema since a few months old until my 30's. Later in my 50's i have a recurrence.. From different treatments, that did not give me solution for the past 4 years, i had to visit a dermatologist lately due to my chronic condition on my hands, arms, neck and partially on my face.. I have been on and off these allopathy medication that just subsides the symptoms. I have been a vegan for the most of 4 years. But also due to allergies to shell fish, i am wondering about how omega 3 from fish oil would react in my present condition. I was looking for a plant based derived Omega 3 fatty oils. I'm located in India. Can you advise me on which brand or how i source the oil from?

  13. I don't know why but since 2021 I got eczama here and there. Like it never goes away. I scratch and scratch every night it got worse. Bad thing is it spreads. After 1-2 months it goes away and than a few months after it comes back again.

  14. After drinking apple cider vinegar in my regular water every morning for digestion, I experimented with applying the water vinegar to my eczema on my hands and the relief was immediate. A few applications the next couple days should Rid me of it completely. I am so happy I follow Dr Berg. Thank you so much.

  15. I have had eczema since I was a baby – I've used steroids and all sorts over the years, then at the age of 57, for no particular reason, I stopped drinking milk (I eat other dairy products and used to have skimmed milk in my coffee) and to my surprise my eczema disappeared – all those years of cracked skin and itchy blisters gone, it's amazing!

  16. Hi Dr. Berg, At The moment I am only able to get an approximate GLA 10%(90mg) per serve ( extract fm. Borage seed oil- Borago officinalis; instead of Black currant seed oil), any advise ?Besides do you recommend taking Vitamin D3 as well ?

  17. Dear Dr. Berg,

I hope this message finds you well. As one of your subscribers, I wanted to bring to your attention a crucial mix-up in your video. There is a significant error in this particular video that needs to be corrected to avoid any potential confusion among your viewers.

The issue arises when you discuss the benefits of an oil containing thymoquinone for eczema treatment. You mentioned that Black Currant seed oil contains thymoquinone and is just as effective as steroid cream, citing research to support this claim. However, there is a misattribution between Black Cumin seed oil (Nigella sativa) and Black Currant seed oil in your video.

The research you linked in the video descriptions correctly refers to Nigella sativa oil, which is Black Cumin seed oil, as the source of thymoquinone, not Black Currant seed oil. This distinction is critical, as these are two entirely different oils with distinct properties and benefits. Unfortunately, the video does not make this differentiation, leading to potential confusion among your audience.

To rectify this issue, I kindly suggest revising the video at the 2:40 mark to clarify that the information following this point should be attributed to Black Cumin seed oil (Nigella sativa). Additionally, you might want to mention that the picture shown when discussing thymoquinone is, in fact, a picture of Black Cumin seed oil for clarity.

It's essential to provide accurate and reliable information to your viewers, and I believe that this correction will ensure that your audience receives the correct guidance for managing eczema. Thank you for your dedication to sharing valuable health information, and I hope you will consider making the necessary adjustments to the video.
