  1. Thankyou for sharing, this is basically what we have to do with my Stepfather for epilepsy: the only difference is a recovery position wasn't mentioned: does this not apply to our four-legged friends?

I am assuming it is not needed ( a specific recovery position) as long as they are already in a safe place with no obstructions?

I only ask because we have an elderly dog, who's behaviour is changing- Cognitive dysfunction, and the vet asked if she had a any seizures: so I have been looking into what a seizure looks like in a dog and how to help her if this should happen- just doing a little bit of research really.

  2. My daughter was diagnosed with Epilepsy. The neurologist was very confident about the diagnosis based, my Daughter had an EEG (no idea if it showed anything; we were tired and may have misunderstood what he said about that). MRI was negative for problems. For the past 4 months or so, I have seen weekly occurrences, making strange faces (this involved cheek twitching and lip quivering). We did not realize it could be a serious problem until she had an obvious seizure (simple partial) last week. What is troubling about my daughter condition is that we have seen many daytime seizures, and that recently the seizures seem to cluster together. No idea if there are seizures occurring at night. We were given a prescription for Kapra, but are still weighing the risk / rewards of giving the medication to a toddler. After returning from the hospital, my daughter experienced a round a vomiting lasting from 3 AM to 11 AM, followed by additional vomiting the following morning at around 2 AM. Nothing sense then. She has not had an appetite, is drinking fine, and otherwise appears healthy. I read a lot of blogs where people who shared their testimonies kept mentioning Anti-seizure Herbal medication. I searched for a website I just followed the email address of Doctor Patrick that was shared on these testimonies; I got lucky when I got a reply from Dr. Patrick. I followed his instruction, used Herbal Medicine in less than 2 months, my daughter seizures reduced drastically. Within a period of 5 months, my daughter was cured. I went back to my neurologist, where my daughter checked up and marked epilepsy free. If you need his help you can Contact this herbal doctor via his email herbalmedicalhome@gmail.com and WhatsApp connection is +2348102558553 for help,.

  6. I was discharged in August 2019 after being in hospital for nine whole months in total. My stroke affected my left side, and my vision and my cognition were also affected. I would not have known where to start writing this, and it’s taken a while, but I’m assured it’s all good practice and will help me. (But I do apologies for any mistakes! …spelling and grammar….etc.) They say patience is a virtue, and that may actually be more true after stroke. However, I do see improvements every day. Stay strong and just talk about how you feel. I had numerous areas of my brain that were affected – I become very emotional and I cry sometimes. I was not depressed, just a little bit ‘wazed’ off with my brain.

My journey all began back in November 2016. I had been feeling very tired for quite some time and my husband came in from work one evening to find me very drowsy and not very responsive. He called for an ambulance. Shortly after I had a seizure and then another four more on the way! I had a blood test and they found I was severally anemic, with a blood count of 23, so I needed 4 units of blood, which needed to be done very quickly as otherwise, I would not have survived. This did wonders for me and I was in hospital for around another week, then discharged with plans to do further investigations as an outpatient. After been home for around a week, I had another seizure and was taken back into the hospital. I had a few more, which led up to my first stroke on 12th December. I spent all of Christmas in hospital and was making a good recovery up until 31st December. On New Year’s Eve, I had my second stroke, which affected another area of my brain. This knocked me back, but I carried on with my recovery. I was starting to get quite down, but then my first grandchild told me about herbal remedy of one Dr Odia who was said to have cured Stroke. I was in hospital and so I had something to focus on. After a week or so I was moved home. We had to contact the Herbalist for his herbs. I was doing really well for a couple of months as I had just starting to take a couple of steps. While I was at home, I was visited by a Different Strokes volunteer as they heard I was recovering in months after taken the herbs. they where also a stroke survivor. I was inspired! So, when I was well cured, I joined the Different Strokes ‘family’ (#dsfamily). The peer support is fantastic and I am now even involved in running the Leeds Central group! I am fully cured. I survived strokes and I’m here to tell the tale! Contact Dr Odia via email ( drodiaherbalistcenter@gmail.com).
