I had terrible candida overgrowth at one point โฆ.it wrecks you as far as absorption / hormones โฆ.once I healed I felt better than I had in 20 years and put on a lot of muscle quickly โฆ.before I healed , it didnโt matter what I ate or much I lifted โฆprogress was really slow
Great video!! Tons, of important info!! I personally didn't care for the Sinclair Method. Didn't work for me. Although, I've been drinking for 50 years. So, that may be a factor. I had to completely stop. Threw in the towel, and went to rehab. Just went over one year sober last month, January, 2022. By the way, I have all the supplements plus, that you both mentioned. Lol ๐ My most important supplements are, Magnesium glycinate, 2 to 3000mg of fish oil & cod liver oil. NAC(N- acetyl cysteine), TUDCA & L-Trytophan. Also, D3/k2 of course. Take care!! Thanks

The Sinclair method is a recipe for disaster and not advised for a true alcoholic. Fit recovery is awsome !! Great plan for a truly better life!!!
