WOW Alex. I'm pre greiving my 12 yr old dog and didn't tale care of me. My potassium bottomed out , went to ER. Yeah after a Rocking Protein drink I feel better. I was just wringing my hands wanting to vomit. Iv fluid and 4 days off

Did not catch you live, but I am so upset to hear things have been that bad for you. You know I tell you all the time that I am old, so you have a very long life ahead of you. I too was a single mother from 26 till I married again at 43. By then Josh was over 18, but let me tell you it was very hard and very stressful. At one time I worked 5 jobs to keep us going even with very supportive parents. During this time my father got very sick, subsequently passed away and had to move my son several times, so I share and know what you are going through. The best advice I can give you is that you can only spread yourself so thin. Somewhere, somehow you have to take time for yourself, have fun, do things with friends, and just breathe. Take care of yourself because your mom and kids need you. We always miss you when you aren't on the airways, but we will always be here to support you. If you were close by I would make you matzo ball soup which is Jewish penicillin!

Yeah Jason was on 23 hr lock down one time on possession charges 🙈 INSANE I just kept him with as many books as they would allow..it was in no way enough..
I am very add-adhd. I just learned that most of us add-ers are low in magnesium. And that taking a suggested dose of 300 mg at nught helps calm your mind and helps w clarity and focus. Ive been doing that and it seems to help. Had add all my life n never knew..abt magnesium defiency. Sorry I just caught the last few munutes of the live.
