I have used CBD in the past when I was experiencing high anxiety as I tried to fall asleep at night while my father and father in law were dying, I found it really helped me to calm down and get a decent amount of rest.
I have taken CBD for anxiety and pain in the past but never specifically for gut health. I'm learning more and more about CBD all the time and all the many uses it has.
I think I will be continuing my CBD treatment. I was just given CBD products from Weedborn and I feel so much better these days : D
