You're right, this recipe is fire. I can't tell you how many raw dressings I've tried and not enjoyed… This is my new favorite. Thank you so much for posting this. I've always soaked my seeds, but I never thought to very thoroughly rinse them. I would give them a quick rinse, but really thoroughly rinsing them, makes such a huge difference in the taste. Who knew? Deeply appreciative for this knowledge.
