ST. LOUIS — According to our Missouri capitol bureau, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services says the forms for a personal marijuana growing license will not be available this morning.
Instead, starting today, a sample form and information about how to get a license will be posted on the website of the department.
Applications will not be accepted until February 6th. “Amendment 3” includes the new cultivation licenses. The bill authorized adult marijuana usage in Missouri.
