Can i ask the reason Hemp Charcoal is used in the recipe please, just curious? Ah, don't have Beet sugar, have coconut sugar though so may have to improvise until i can get the exact ingredients, so hard out whoop whoop in Australia. Question: I have a dear friend who is under going chemo so "sore mouth", will it matter if i grind pecans to powder, consistency is important i know but will it make the cookies too powdery? I'll just have to do trial n error, never mind. These cookies are fabulous! Thank You For You!
Hi Ryoya, thanks for the nice recipe. 2 questions, what's the difference between using rolled oats and oat flour? When I do gluten free backing, I always add a bit of potato starch for binding, in your gluten free recipe I did not see you use it, would the products be crumbly?
