That’s not what Dr Stokes did he asked professors to help do his job after 6/12 when he realized what he had done wasn’t properly done. So Dr Stokes put the state program on hold now until 8/10 😂. So for the last two years they’ve been collecting huge self appointed salaries some $209,877 starting pay and they didn’t do Jack. It’s not the paperwork that’s the problem Gov Ivey asked for transparency and ethics 😂 Dr Stokes gave us all neither one he redacted license information so the public couldn’t see who in Chicago the Dr Stokes was giving a license too instead of the people from Alabama 😮
