I heard those photos were leaked many years ago by prosecution. I think she wants her friend to have the case for publicity reasons. His lawyers said they would do it probono. He needs lawyers who seem to actually care. I smelly something bad in Indiana.

To receive justice RA needs his attorneys back and gull needs to use her medical problems to bow out of the trial gracefully and RA his family so the family of the victims do not have to wait yet another year after waiting 7 years already its ridiculous

Judge Gull is very pissed off at the defense attorneys! And I think they're truly screwed now!!! I do agree with U though. I think all concerned messed up!! I also think the thief friend needs reprimanded too!!!
So.if the defendant has a lawyer who is actually rigorously.defending them & seeking help to do it can be removed & replaced by another public defender who will not even have time to get a defence together in the short amount of time before this goes to court in a case trying to stop the courts from giveing him the death penalty?
