Thank you Martin for your wonderful daily guided meditations. Itâs been a couple of years since I discovered you on Utube. I had gotten lost in another downward spiral that took me back into the darkness of loneliness and hopelessness. I was on a wait list for therapy and had lost hope. I first found âTherapy In A Nutshellâ on UTube (desperately searching for help) One of the tools she said might help is meditation. So I tried a few guided meditation sites and it felt like a waste of time. That is until I found you. Your voice and manner of speaking sounded comforting and safe, so I kept listening. Still didnât believe it would help with the chaos in my head but 10 minutes of a little comfort was nice. I was a sporadic meditator for months with a gradual increase in practice. Now, I look forward it and also listen to you sleep meditation every night. Iâm amazed at the improvement of my sleep and Iâm getting better at regulating my emotions. Martin, you have had and continue to have a massive affect on my life every day and the lives of those around me. đ I am happy to be a member of your app, but have a habit of listening on Utube. I wonder if itâs better for you if I use your app more the your Utube site?
