  2. I think it is important to have a little carbs once in a while. It is important to keep our bodies flexible so that when we go on vacation or have a "cheat" day, you don't gain a ton of weight or cause a full-on slip into SAD diet for an unknown amount of time. Find the foods that you can have that will not cause a slip into the SAD diet. This is a trial an error experiment, but it is worth it.

    You are actually doing Ketovore. That’s 10% carbs . Keto is 20 to 50% of carbs…5% carbs to zero is Carnivore the way I understand it . The Ketovore name was coined by Nisha Berry, Dr. Ken Berry’s wife.
