Oh exciting, I do HP soaps. There is a lot you can still do as far as decorating/styling just have to work fast š. Look forward to seeing you do the HP.
Aw man would have loved to see the test without your watch on. Seeing you exfoliate your arm and hands to see how it performs. The watch was distractingš
When i use the premade whipped soap base. I add a cube of melted M & P soap at a time. I also leave my batch sit over night. Check batch the consistency the next day to see if i need to and add another cube of M & P. Melt and pour sets up pretty fast. You really dont need alot IMO.
I use MP, Shea and coco butter to make sugar scrub cubes. I do like what the butters do with MP to make a moisturizing scrub. I should definitely try this recipe!
Jerika I just made last week a 2/14 set ( like I called my V day this year) with a foaming sugar scrub scented with jasmine Sam back absolute and geranium adding kaolin clay and rose petals from NG as well. I am not a floral person by any means and itās beautiful. The kaolin clay has a nice slippery feeling and provides structure to the scrub as well. Last year I made rose Quartz soap using BB fragrance and had no acceleration issues. You should try it, but remember I am a very low temp soaper. Cheers for rose š¹ sugar scrubs! Love it
Jerika! These are so beautiful! I have to say I'm someone who likes chunky scrubs but I also like the smooth ones. I am sure there's people out there who will be excited to buy a chunkier soap so dont be down about the texture. This was a fun experiment to watch! I have to ask, for the mica spray, do you just mix mica with alcohol into a spritz bottle? I've been curious about using something like that for my bath bombs but unsure of a good method.
Is it safe to use mica powder? Iāve heard itās rarely ethically sourced and can cause skin irritation issues.

Nice job may have to try this with maybe a little less melt and pour.
