Popping in from AZ! My church just challenged us to fast and I did a 3 day (I had to work but up to just the 3 at this point) but please listen to Pastor Mike. I went a little crazy when I ate again and I regretted it. I can’t imagine what that’s like after 40 days o.O

Other fasting tools include: essential amino acid powder, pure juices, lemon juice, and electrolyte powders.. I use a little salt in water if I feel I'm low on sodium at times.

I'm going to use my time of fasting to discipline my flesh & grow closer to my Father! I'm fasting food, but will use my food fast to also discipline myself from fleshly comforts. I want to be a woman of prayer, fasting, & I want to be a woman who is running after the heart of my Father!

I have been doing 3 day water fasting. I believe the Lord told me to "prepare' and pray not just concentrate on my diet-this is not including Me! Fast with 'holy'/Godly motives. It's about your 'heart condition'. The Daniel fast included veggies-complex carbs.

Fasting is to change you Not God. We all need to be a 'living sacrifice' as a new creation. We increase our intimacy with our Father God.

I do lots of intermittent fasting not eating until 2/3pm on days where I can devote the morning for spending more time with the Lord (not workdays when I work all the time).
I never fast before, I want to . Need to change my eating habits and what I eat.

Cape Cod, Massachusetts… This is crazy! I felt the Holy Spirit leading me to fast last week. I just finished a three-day water-only fast today!
Then, I received this video in my email! I'm going to eat dinner right now and will start a new fast this evening for Jesus. I'm praying for a mighty change in my body, mind and relationship with God and to hear from the Holy Spirit more clearly. I have a tendency to second guess Holy Spirit messages with my own thoughts.
I need prayers for discernment, wisdom, and strength. Please pray for God's will in my marriage, career, and a financial breakthrough. We may be moving across the country for a new job and we really need to know if it's God's will for us to do so. We also need a home if we end up getting the new job!
I just came off a 21 day fast. Although; I have done a “Daniel Fast” Raw and steamed vegetables. No seasoning. Plant based burgers by Morning Glory. I will commit to the 40 day fast.
