  1. Thanks for this interview which I sat thru , amazing considering my 10 minute attention span. His comments on psychology, 45 minutes in, were probably the most valuable part and are worth replays. I don't know if he has "the answer" but I'm not throwing my lot in with a diet based on deep fried grilled or barbecued red meat. Cut out processed food , fast food , junk food , snacks , most drinks beside plain waater and you're off to a good start. Hire someone with a stout cane to monitor you and "correct" any transgressions.

  2. OLIVE 🫒 OIL!
Haven’t People in The Mediterranean countries, N. Africa. Southern Europe.., NOT Had Olives as one of their Staples!??

I believe 30%- 40% Of People can’t Process Folate.: and possibly OMEGA 3’s ! Due to Genetic dysfunction!

Or People Who Can’t eat High Oxalates!

NOT everyone can eat the Same Foods, Unfortunately for above examples!

Medical Colleges and Universities need to Be More Responsible in teaching NUTRITION!

  4. Jeez, Dr. Gundry says we should consuming lots of olive oil. Ah, everyone has an opinion. Think, I’ll have a beer and a good smoke and say F it. At least I’ll enjoy what time I have left.

  5. The one thing about a legit good olive oil is that it’s super high in polyphenols and antioxidants that it prevents cancers, not so with seed oils

  6. Any cooked oil is toxic according to BioChemist Durk Pearson who wrote the book: Life extension. So olive oil can be toxic when fried or baked which is how it is used most of the time.

Dr. B on youtube has his youtube page on plant based foods. And he is a gastroenterologist. He speaks of pre and probiotics.
